About us

For a number of years we (Ron & Natasja) are active with the rental of holiday homes. We have a 2 person studio suitable for guests who want to explore the area by bike, for day visitors and / or guests in transit.
We also have a 4 person holiday home that is very suitable for a family with children, or two couples. The house has a spacious terrace with an enclosed garden, so also very animal friendly.

Since April 2018 we rent a fully renovated Gieterse Boerderij suitable for max. 6 people. The whole is equipped with the Philips HUE lighting system (a nice gadget) so you can create a personal color atmosphere that suits you. Also here is a large terrace with enclosed garden. Ideal for families, or friends groups. (wheelchair friendly)

Dogs are allowed in all Holiday Houses up to 2 dogs.

In recent years we have tried with care and love to please our guests as much as possible. We listened to their tips and advice, adjusted this within our range, so that even more comfort is created for our new guests.

Hopefully we have made you enthusiastic and we will soon welcome you with a warm welcome in one of our holiday homes.

Giethoorn

Giethoorn is located in the Weeribben-Wieden National Park, and is therefore loved by many tourists. Nature, culture and water sports enthusiasts, both young and old, can enjoy themselves in Giethoorn and surroundings. Sailing in the village Giethoorn On a beautiful summer day you can find anything on the water in Giethoorn. Giethoorn itself is of course known for its beautiful village canals and the hiking trails along it. It is quite an experience to sail through these canals or to walk past them. In addition to the many possibilities of water sports Giethoorn also has a large range of different museums (shell gallery the Old Earth, museum farm, art galleries), shops and restaurants. National Park Weerribben-Wieden.National Park Weerribben-Wieden is located in the Kop van Overijssel. It is a landscape where water and reeds predominate. This national park is the most important wetland area of Northwest Europe. The current landscape of the Weerribben-Wieden was created by excavating peat for peat extraction. Traces of this can be found both in the landscape and in the name of the area.
